A: No, your membership price will only change if you want it to. Upgrade options are available!
Q: What locations will I have access to?
A: If you have a Basic membership, you will have access to your home location only. If you have a VIP/VIP+ membership, you will have access to Carson City, Sparks, Fernley, and Fallon.
Q: Will my existing FF10 Insurance membership be honored?
A: Yes, all existing insurance memberships will be honored as long as your eligibility remains active with your provider.
Q: Will I be able to use the existing Parkway Athletic Clubs in Reno?
A: Upgrade options are now available. See the front desk for details.
Q: What will be added to the Carson City facility?
A: Discounted family add-ons are now available. We are upgrading our front desks, locker rooms, and steam rooms. We have already upgraded our cardio sections, free weight area, and plate-loaded equipment! In addition, we will be adding shower towel service.
Q: What will be removed from the Carson City facility?
A: As of 06/01/25, we will no longer offer free guest privileges and our hours will be adjusted to the following.
