Michael Perez | Regional Training Director

Hi, I’m Michael. I have been a trainer for over 18 years. My passion is to help empower others to develop and build positive relationships with food, fitness, and life! I come from a health clinical and sports performance background. I have adapted my training style to work with any health and fitness level. I’ve worked with high school and collegiate athletes, along with special populations. I specialize in body transformation, athletic performance, and clinical rehabilitation. I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and a M.S. Kinesiology with a focus in Ex. Physiology. I am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist and a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. My goal is to empower all of my clients to see that success and growth are absolutely achievable, with the right plan, modifications, and encouragement. Always seek progression, Not Perfection.

Joshua has been a personal trainer for over 15 years. During that time, he worked as a Director for FF10 and went on to open his own Personal Training studio. While his studio was successful, he is very excited to return home to us! Joshua has extensive experience in a multitude of areas including Body Transformation, Sports Specific Conditioning, Strength Training, Youth Sports Conditioning, and much more.

Joshua’s passion for health and wellness and for helping others shows in his mastery of motivation and accountability which will have you on the fast track to your goals in record time.

A lifestyle of fitness began early for me as a childhood gymnast which progressed to experiences in acrobatics, competitive swimming, and eventually falling in love with weights in high school. As an adult, I have enjoyed staying active through belly dance, aerial arts, MMA, weights of course, and even a triathlon! Being a mother of 4, I feel like I have a unique insight into many other challenges not just for women in varying walks of life, but for today’s youth. The enthusiasm I’ve seen throughout my experience in coaching children’s gymnastics has fueled my drive to become a personal trainer. I look forward to sharing my passions and knowledge at FF10 while helping others feel great about themselves and reach their fitness goals!

Brian Sanchez | Certified Personal Trainer

Brian has worked with clients in many realms of fitness which include Personal Training, Boot Camps, Performance Enhancement, Weight Loss, Physique Development, and Strength Development. Brian welcomes clients from all walks of life and embraces each opportunity to design lifestyle programs based on the individual’s wants, goals, and needs.

Brian started his journey in Personal Training after retiring from a career in Law Enforcement. Brian found that with life’s ups and downs, fitness and wellness go hand in hand with each person’s everyday life. Brian wants to make sure that everyone who enters our facilities not only receives committed success from their trainer but that they reach their own personal success with fitness and wellness. Brian is also a big advocate of age management programs and embraces the opportunity to assist others in finding their own age management program.

Austin Lunz | Certified Personal Trainer

I’m Austin, a certified personal trainer through the International Fitness Association. I’m a big believer in improving your fitness for everyday life and being able to do the activities you enjoy pain-free. I got my start playing sports in high school and fell in love with the competition and betterment it requires to be successful. That’s where working out began for me and I’ve continued learning and improving my workout knowledge ever since. Being an athlete taught me that you need to have balance in conditioning as well as strength to be optimal, and I like taking that approach to both my own as well as my client’s training. I appreciate someone who is on a journey to better themselves and achieve their goals, if that sounds like you, I’d love the opportunity to work with you.

Hi, my name is Nick. I began my fitness journey with basic weight training, not knowing really what I was doing. To improve and grow, I dedicated myself to studying and hard work.  That allowed me to become an elite athlete, competing in top echelons of Crossfit. I loved it and wanted to help others find their passion. My focus has since turned to strength, conditioning, and functional fitness and I decided to pursue a training certification to grow my knowledge.

I’m now an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who loves helping people achieve their fitness goals and improving their quality of life all while optimizing performance. I focus on utilizing sound principles backed with individualized plans to create the most efficient and safe program possible. Hello, my name is David. My passion for fitness started in 2012. After losing 75lbs but also switching to a more sedentary job, I wanted to keep that weight off, so I joined the gym. After growing to love all the new things I was learning, as well as the awesome feeling after a workout, I decided to do something I never thought I would, which was to compete in my first NPC Men’s Physique competition in 2015. Since then, I have competed 6 more times, including Men’s Physique and Classic Physique divisions, and have earned national qualification in Men’s Physique.

My passion and goal is to help others set and achieve health and fitness goals through personal, effective workouts, and encouraging a healthy lifestyle. So whether you’re new to the gym or a seasoned vet I’d love to help you develop a fitness program to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Brandon Carvalho | Certified Personal Trainer

Hi, my name Brandon. I was born and raised in Hawaii. I’ve been passionate about fitness for nearly two decades. I got my first gym membership when I was 16 years old. I specialize in Powerlifting and strength training and have been competing in powerlifting at a professional level for the last 5 years. My best numbers are 655 on squat, 470 on bench & 705 on deadlifts at a bodyweight of 214!

I decided to pursue a personal training career because I love seeing transformations and helping people feel more confident. My clients teach me as much as I teach them and it’s the greatest honor to be trusted to get them where they want to be physically. I always look forward to helping anyone who wants to train become the strongest version of themselves.

Lianne Agliette | Certified Personal Trainer

I grew up in Carson City and just returned after 20 years of gaining knowledge and seeing the world to begin building my wellness practice. While in college I was drawn to personal training with the philosophy of exercise as medicine, which led me to both massage therapy and naturopathic medicine, and continues to align with my values and endeavors today. I believe in changing the paradigm of health by treating the whole person, leading with curiosity and compassion.

As a graduate from the Naturopathic Doctoral (ND) program at NUNM, I am uniquely qualified with over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare and wellness fields. I hold several certifications from the American Council on Exercise including Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Corrective Exercise, Functional Exercise, and Behavior Change. My philosophy of healing behind the scenes creates a foundation that can take you anywhere!

I plan to continue personal training for life as it builds my spiritual health and holds me mutually accountable to maintaining my own well being and continuing to promote a healthy lifestyle in others no matter what life brings!

Hi, my name is Blaine. I have been into physical fitness since I first started playing sports when I was a kid. That led to me discovering more and more active hobbies such as hiking, mountain biking, martial arts, snowboarding, and so on. Being active and fit has always been a part of my lifestyle and something I’m passionate about sharing with others.

I became an IFA trainer to learn more about the body and how to continue to grow and not just improve my quality of life but those around me. I’m genuinely excited to share the knowledge and experience I have acquired to help others achieve their goals, improve their lives, and create life-long healthy habits.

Ingrid Reyesvera | Certified Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Ingrid, and my journey into the fitness industry started after reaching my weight-loss target of shedding 100lbs. This success fueled my curiosity about the future, pushing me to explore weight training and integrate it into my routine. As I deepened my understanding of training, I acknowledged the errors I made during my weight loss process. This realization inspired me to consider, “What if I could be the mentor I needed back then, guiding and motivating myself through obstacles?” Along this path, I uncovered the profound link between fitness and health, realizing that my well-being not only benefits me but also serves as the greatest gift I can give my four children. By balancing nutrition, exercise, work, and family life, I transitioned from a mom with frequent doctor visits due to weight issues to one with healthier daily routines.

As an NPC athlete, I participated in three bodybuilding competitions and continuously enhance my knowledge in the field to support individuals in reaching their fitness aspirations. As a coach, I excel in setting an example, empathizing with my clients, and offering the encouragement they require. Amelia Gotham | Certified Personal Trainer

Born and raised in Lake Tahoe, NV, I grew up competitively skiing and snowboarding, a passion I still do today. Coming from a family of athletes, my parents pushed me into sports at a very young age. Those included golf, basketball, softball, and sprinting. My time in the gym began at 5 when my father, a life-long bodybuilder, began teaching me about the importance of fitness and its direct effect on quality of life. I excelled at physical exercise and from then on it became an intricate part of my life. At the age of 12 I began a 20-year relationship with ballet, hip-hop, and modern dance. I went on to gain my degree in theater at the Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts and then on to act and dance in numerous theatrical productions throughout the West Coast.

My first fitness certification was through ISSA, 17 years ago, studying personal training techniques and group fitness. I began training in Los Angeles, CA at LA Fitness before deciding to continue my fitness education at Black Dog Yoga, where I achieved my 300-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certification. I’ve worked as an independent yoga instructor, dance instructor and have been re-certified through NASM, ISSA, and IFA. I’m excited to be back to my home area of Northern Nevada and look forward to relaying my experience and education to help others achieve the gift that health and fitness can provide.

My name is Brandon Landaverde, but you can call me Lando. As a Medical Massage Therapist with a nationally accredited Stretching Certification as well as an undergrad in Psychology, I have come to understand that movement is medicine. My goal is to display the positive effects of stretching throughout the entire body and how it improves your quality of life. I strive to become well-rounded in soft tissue manipulation in order to provide the best possible service in achieving your client specific goals utilizing evidence based practices. Whether it be turning back the clock, post operation, preventative injury, or looking to increase your range of motion, I look forward to seeing you on the table!
