Michael Perez | Regional Training Director
Hi, I’m Michael. I have been a trainer for over 18 years. My passion is to help empower others to develop and build positive relationships with food, fitness, and life! I come from a health clinical and sports performance background. I have adapted my training style to work with any health and fitness level. I’ve worked with high school and collegiate athletes, along with special populations. I specialize in body transformation, athletic performance, and clinical rehabilitation. I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and a M.S. Kinesiology with a focus in Ex. Physiology. I am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist and a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. My goal is to empower all of my clients to see that success and growth are absolutely achievable, with the right plan, modifications, and encouragement. Always seek progression, Not Perfection.
Joshua Rogers | Training Director
Joshua has been a personal trainer for over 15 years. During that time, he worked as a Director for FF10 and went on to open his own Personal Training studio. While his studio was successful, he is very excited to return home to us! Joshua has extensive experience in a multitude of areas including Body Transformation, Sports Specific Conditioning, Strength Training, Youth Sports Conditioning, and much more.
Joshua’s passion for health and wellness and for helping others shows in his mastery of motivation and accountability which will have you on the fast track to your goals in record time.
Sam Guardias | Assistant Training Director
With a background in sports since the age of four, I always aspired to pursue a path that would enhance not only my health but also that of others. I began my journey at FF10 Carson as an Assistant Manager and soon realized I was ready to take on more, leading me to the next step in my career. Personal Training goes beyond simply providing guidance; it’s about building a strong connection between the client and the trainer.
My goal at Fitness for 10 is to help clients rediscover themselves and regain their self-confidence. Training benefits not just your present but also sets the foundation for your future. Focusing on balance, posture, form, resistance training, and nutrition will contribute to your longevity, promoting a longer, healthier, and happier life.
Brian Sanchez | Certified Personal Trainer
Brian has worked with clients in many realms of fitness which include Personal Training, Boot Camps, Performance Enhancement, Weight Loss, Physique Development, and Strength Development. Brian welcomes clients from all walks of life and embraces each opportunity to design lifestyle programs based on the individual’s wants, goals, and needs.
Brian started his journey in Personal Training after retiring from a career in Law Enforcement. Brian found that with life’s ups and downs, fitness and wellness go hand in hand with each person’s everyday life. Brian wants to make sure that everyone who enters our facilities not only receives committed success from their trainer but that they reach their own personal success with fitness and wellness. Brian is also a big advocate of age management programs and embraces the opportunity to assist others in finding their own age management program.
Austin Lunz | Certified Personal Trainer
I’m Austin, a certified personal trainer through the International Fitness Association. I’m a big believer in improving your fitness for everyday life and being able to do the activities you enjoy pain-free. I got my start playing sports in high school and fell in love with the competition and betterment it requires to be successful. That’s where working out began for me and I’ve continued learning and improving my workout knowledge ever since. Being an athlete taught me that you need to have balance in conditioning as well as strength to be optimal, and I like taking that approach to both my own as well as my client’s training. I appreciate someone who is on a journey to better themselves and achieve their goals, if that sounds like you, I’d love the opportunity to work with you.
David Wright | Certified Personal Trainer
Hello, my name is David. My passion for fitness started in 2012. After losing 75lbs but also switching to a more sedentary job, I wanted to keep that weight off, so I joined the gym. After growing to love all the new things I was learning, as well as the awesome feeling after a workout, I decided to do something I never thought I would, which was to compete in my first NPC Men’s Physique competition in 2015. Since then, I have competed 6 more times, including Men’s Physique and Classic Physique divisions, and have earned national qualification in Men’s Physique.
My passion and goal is to help others set and achieve health and fitness goals through personal, effective workouts, and encouraging a healthy lifestyle. So whether you’re new to the gym or a seasoned vet I’d love to help you develop a fitness program to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Blaine Clayson | Certified Personal Trainer
Hi, my name is Blaine. I have been into physical fitness since I first started playing sports when I was a kid. That led to me discovering more and more active hobbies such as hiking, mountain biking, martial arts, snowboarding, and so on. Being active and fit has always been a part of my lifestyle and something I’m passionate about sharing with others.
I became an IFA trainer to learn more about the body and how to continue to grow and not just improve my quality of life but those around me. Changing habits can be very challenging, but with the right plan and support, I believe you can do incredible things. I’m genuinely excited to share the knowledge and experience I have acquired to help others achieve their goals, improve their lives, and create life-long healthy habits.
Jeremiah James | Certified Personal Trainer
Hey, my name is Jeremiah James. Although it is my career choice and passion, I was not raised in the world of fitness, but I was raised here in Carson City. I discovered a passion for fitness and its community a little later in life, around 2013. Through life experiences and my own desire to improve my overall quality of life, I started my job in the industry in 2016. For those three years before my first fitness job, I spent time increasing my knowledge of fitness, while doing the work myself. During that time, I knew that I wanted to share this knowledge with others and train them to believe in themselves and achieve their goals. I have worked at gyms and studios all over Sacramento. At each gym, I spent time building and perfecting my training. I moved back Carson City in 2023. It has become a part of who I am. I strive to never stop growing and learning more about the newest research and different fitness disciplines.
Some personal disclosure, because I like to build rapport with my clients, I have Multiple Sclerosis. Since my diagnosis, I have learned how important it is for everyone to have a well-rounded consistent nutrition and fitness routine. My weight and fitness goals have changed throughout my life from gaining up to 364 pounds to not being able to walk. No matter where you are today is a new start. I hope to meet you and help you grow and find the joy in your fitness journey.

Chris Cenizal | Certified Personal Trainer
From an early age, I developed a passion for fitness and sports, starting with football in Pop Warner and expanding to baseball and basketball. These experiences taught me discipline, teamwork, and the value of staying active. Over the years, I’ve shared my love of sports and fitness by coaching Little League for several seasons and volunteering with the Sports Buddies program through Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Today, I stay fit by playing basketball and chasing after my little one, proving that fitness can be both a lifestyle and a family affair.
As a fitness trainer, my goal is to help clients unlock their full potential, whether they’re looking to improve athletic performance, gain strength, lose weight, or maintain a healthier lifestyle. I design personalized training programs tailored to each client’s unique needs, fitness level, and goals. I focus on proper form and technique, injury prevention, and creating a supportive and motivating environment to ensure success.

Ivan Martinez | Certified Personal Trainer
Hello! I’m Ivan, and I grew up in the beautiful Reno-Tahoe area. My journey into fitness began when I was very skinny and wanted to make a change. What started as a goal quickly transformed into a passion and a lifestyle that I am committed to improving and learning more about every day.
I earned my degree in psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2019, focusing on behavioral psychology—understanding why people behave the way they do and how we can facilitate lasting changes. In addition to training individuals, I also work with children with mental disabilities, helping them develop essential life and social skills. My educational background has led me to view fitness as a mental journey just as much, if not more, than a physical one. It would be my privilege to assist you in setting and reaching your fitness goals, creating strategies for consistency in diet and exercise, and fostering a healthier relationship with the negative thoughts and feelings that can hinder the life you aspire to live.

Brandon Landaverde | Area Director
My name is Brandon Landaverde, but you can call me Lando. As a Medical Massage Therapist with a nationally accredited Stretching Certification as well as an undergrad in Psychology, I have come to understand that movement is medicine. My goal is to display the positive effects of stretching throughout the entire body and how it improves your quality of life. I strive to become well-rounded in soft tissue manipulation in order to provide the best possible service in achieving your client specific goals utilizing evidence based practices. Whether it be turning back the clock, post operation, preventative injury, or looking to increase your range of motion, I look forward to seeing you on the table!
Katie Rowan | Director of Stretch
Hi! I’m Katie. I have spent most of my life stretching regularly as I dedicated most of my young life studying dance! This led to my earning my bachelor’s degree in Dance Performance with a strong emphasis on somatic movement and anatomical structure. This coupled with my many years of coaching competitive dancers in stretching techniques, has cultivated my passion for helping people! Whether your goal is to prevent injury, enhance athletic performance, or simply to relieve tension in your body, I am here to help you facilitate body-awareness and improve your flexibility. I intend to provide you with a stretch that brings you closer to your desired way of being in your body!
Tyler Dennis | Stretch Tech
My name is Tyler Dennis and I played 5 years of collegiate football (two at Feather River College in Quincy, CA and three at Waldorf University in Forest City, IA). While in college, I played Cornerback and earned SAC 2nd team All-American and NSAA All-Conference Honors. Among other awards were APAM Award for Highest Character/Hardest Worker (FRC), twice NSAA Special Teams Player of the Week (WU), and NSAA Defensive Player of the Week (WU). Following college, I signed to play with a Minor League football team in Salt Lake City, UT.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion & Exercise Science and am currently applying that along with my sports background and athletic training to help local athletes reach their full potential. I have a great passion for athletics and fitness and helping people to be their best.
