Q: Will my membership price automatically change?
A: No, your membership price will only change if you want it to. Upgrade options will be available!
Q: What locations will I have access to?
A: If you have a Basic membership, you will have access to your home location only. If you have a VIP/VIP+ membership, you will have access to Fernley, Fallon, Carson City, and Sparks.
Q: Will I be able to use the existing Parkway Athletic Clubs in Reno?
A: There will be upgrade opportunities to access all Parkway locations.
Q: What will be added to the Fernley & Fallon facilities?
A: You will start to see many exciting changes! We will be adding new equipment, two infra-red saunas (no more appointments needed), a towel service, introducing “The Field” and offering family add-on options. There will also be a Spray Tan machine available to all members.
Q: What will be removed from the Fernley & Fallon facilties?
A: We will no longer offer the free guest pass privilege. A special family add-on promotion will be offered to existing members.
