Q: Will my membership price automatically change?
A: No, your membership price will only change if you want it to. Upgrade options will be available!
Q: What locations will I have access to?
A: If you have a Basic membership, you will have access to your home location only. If you have a VIP/VIP+ membership, you will have access to Carson City, Sparks, Fernley, and Fallon.
Q: Will my existing FF10 Insurance membership be honored?
A: Yes, all existing insurance memberships will be honored as long as your eligibility remains active with your provider.
Q: Will I be able to use the existing Parkway Athletic Clubs in Reno?
A: There will be upgrade opportunities to access all Parkway locations.
Q: What will be added to the Sparks facility?
A: You will start to see many exciting changes! We will be upgrading our front desks, locker rooms, cardio sections, free weight area, and plate loaded equipment. In addition, we will be adding shower towel service and family add on options.
Q: What will be removed from the Sparks facility?
A: We will no longer offer keycard door access or free guest privileges. Adjusted hours of operation will be provided and a special family add-on promotion will be offered to existing members. *A minimum of 30 days notice will be provided to members prior to these changes going into effect.
