The right person will possess the following skills.

• Be an experienced and accomplished Personal trainer.
• Have excellent leadership and management skills.
• Have strong communication skills with both staff and members.
• Have a strong sales background.
• Have a passion for fitness and helping people.

The duties of the job include.

• Oversee 7-10 Personal trainers.
• Hire and train new Trainers.
• Maintain Trainer files.
• Conduct weekly group meeting with trainers.
• Work closely with club GM to ensure productivity and protocol.

Pay structure

• Base Salary to get you started until you fill up with clients.
• Commission on all Training Packages you sell.
• Override of the gross sales of the whole PT program.
